We deliver your rental clubs directly to your golf course 1 day before your tee-off date. After your round, simply check that no clubs are missing, cover the golf bag with the transportation (Yamato) golf bag covers and let the course staff know that this is for delivery. What is the rental period?
The minimum number of days to rent is one day and the maximum is 29 days. We only accept rentals booked more than 7 days before your first tee-off date and time.
What quality are the rental clubs?
We provide premium golf club sets from top brands including TaylorMade, Callaway, PING, Mizuno, XXIO, and Bridgestone. All sets are regularly maintained and include a driver, fairway woods, irons, wedges, putter, and caddy bag.
How do I choose the right club specifications?
Our clubs use Japan shaft specifications. We offer Stiff (95–115 mph), Stiff-Regular (85–100 mph), Regular/Senior (75–95 mph), and Ladies (65–75 mph) flex options. In Japan specs, Regular flex covers what is internationally known as Senior flex. You can also specify left-handed clubs. If you're unsure, our team will recommend the best setup based on your swing speed and playing style.
How much does it cost to rent golf clubs?
Rentals start from USD 90 per set. Premium latest-generation sets such as Callaway PARADYM Ai SMOKE (S), TaylorMade Qi 10 (S) and XXIO MP1200 (R) cost from USD 110 per set. Extension days after the first are USD 20 or 20% of the daily club rental cost per day, whichever is higher. Delivery and pickup are included across mainland Japan. Remote areas and islands cost extra — charged per club set for each leg, from USD 60 for a one-set round trip.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change. A non-refundable 20% Administration & Processing Fee applies to all cancellations regardless of timing. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental start date are eligible for a partial refund (80% of the total). Cancellations within 7 days of the rental start date are non-refundable — the full rental cost will be charged. As an alternative, you may elect to receive 100% of the booking value as a GolfMatchy credit valid for 12 months. Unauthorised chargebacks incur an additional USD 50 Administrative Penalty Fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system. Payment is processed when your rental reservation is confirmed.
