Booking a Tee Time (Concierge Service)

1. Browse 2,000+ courses: Filter by region, budget, or course type. Get course details, photos, and English-language descriptions.
2. Submit a booking request: Pick your date, tee time, and number of golfers. Add any special requests — caddie preference, club rental, diet requirements.
3. We book it in Japanese: GolfMatchy contacts the course in Japanese, secures your tee time, and confirms every detail including dress code and lunch options.
4. Pay after confirmation: A flat per-golfer reservation fee is charged only after your tee time is confirmed. The green fee is paid at the course on the day.
5. Show up and play: Our 48-hour cultural brief tells you exactly what to expect. Check in, enjoy your round, and settle the course bill after the final hole.

Joining a Hosted Game (Marketplace)

GolfMatchy also has a peer-to-peer marketplace where local Japanese hosts create open games and overseas golfers can join as guests. This is a good option for solo travellers who want to play with a local, English-speaking partner who handles the Japanese side.
